Drive into Mindens Historic Downtown Business District and immediately youll step back in time to the delightfully preserved Minden Main Street, paved with bricks laid in 1917. The historic downtown structures, many of them dating to the turn of the century, house shops that range from artistic to utilitarian. Visitors can break from shopping to browse at our many antique, art and specialty shops, enjoy one of our several downtown food venues, or stop into our parish museum.
